The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with refreshments and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with a lovely terrace overlooking a peaceful green space.

The bed in the apartment was not very comfortable, and there wasn't much room on one side. We also found it inconvenient that the HDMI cable input on the TV was inaccessible.

This apartment was simply amazing! It had everything we needed and more - from the perfectly equipped kitchen to the clean and quiet atmosphere. The host, Monika, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even leaving a welcoming bottle of wine and cookies for us. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of all the action in Nice. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The apartment had a great view and a lovely terrace where we could relax. We didn't need a car because public transport was convenient and affordable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and I hope to come back one day.

One negative aspect is that the apartment is small, similar to the size of a hotel room. It should be made clearer that it is not a hotel but located within a former hotel.
